Cancellation & Appointment Policy

At SoulFULL Therapy, we are honored to walk with you on your healing journey spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Your scheduled session time is reserved especially for you, and we strive to give you the attentive, transformative care you deserve. We also honor the time and availability of our practitioners and other clients.

Please read the following policy carefully before confirming your appointment.

Scheduling & Appointment Confirmation

When you book a session whether it’s Soul CPR Massage, Faith-Based Coaching, or another healing experience that time is set aside just for you. You will receive a confirmation message or email when your appointment is successfully scheduled.

If you need to adjust your booking, we ask that you do so respectfully and with as much advance notice as possible so we can best support you and others seeking care.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we all experience moments that require flexibility and grace.

To cancel or reschedule a session, we kindly request:

At least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

This allows us to offer that time to another client in need of healing.

To cancel or reschedule, please call or message us as soon as you are aware of the need to change your time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

When cancellations are made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you do not show up for your scheduled session, the following applies:

  • You will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • The amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

This policy reflects the time and preparation reserved for your session time that could otherwise be offered to someone else.

Emergencies & Compassionate Consideration

We know that emergencies, illness, and unexpected challenges happen in life. We approach those situations with compassion and understanding. If you are experiencing an emergency or difficult circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible so we can support you and explore options for rescheduling.

Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled session so we can begin on time and honor the full experience.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting other scheduled clients.

  • Full service fees still apply regardless of arrival time.
